You can request deletion of your First 2 Answer account and associated account data. Deletion removes or de-identifies your account profile, login credentials, gameplay records tied to your account, and support data that is no longer needed.

Delete in the app

In the First 2 Answer app, open Profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm the deletion prompt. This removes your login and de-identifies the account.

Or request deletion by email

You can also email info@pythialabs.ai from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my First 2 Answer account" if you cannot access the app.

The email address on your account.
Your display name or username, if you know it.
A clear request to delete your First 2 Answer account.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial records, store/platform obligations, or to protect the integrity of the game.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through the applicable store account settings.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or store/platform obligations.
