These Terms govern your use of First 2 Answer, a daily trivia game operated by Pythia Labs. By using the app or related services, you agree to these Terms. Contact us at info@pythialabs.ai.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use First 2 Answer. If you use the app on behalf of someone else or an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Use accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Gameplay

First 2 Answer is an entertainment trivia game. We may adjust questions, scoring, leaderboards, Surge Days, eligibility, abuse prevention, or gameplay rules to keep the service fair and reliable. We may remove, correct, or rescore content if there is a bug, ambiguous question, cheating, outage, or abuse.

Conduct

You may not:

• Cheat, automate gameplay, reverse engineer private APIs, or manipulate scoring.
• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or threaten other users or staff.
• Upload or submit unlawful, hateful, explicit, infringing, or harmful content.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.

Premium Pass And Subscriptions

Premium Pass features may include ad-free daily check-in eligibility, premium badges, and other benefits. Subscription products are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store before renewal. Deleting your First 2 Answer account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription; you must manage cancellation through the store.

Intellectual Property

First 2 Answer, including the app, branding, content, design, software, question bank, and game systems, is owned by Pythia Labs or its licensors. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms.

User Content

If you submit content, feedback, support messages, display names, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the service. You are responsible for content you submit.

Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services, including Apple, Google, Google AdMob, Meta, TikTok, and cloud infrastructure providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every trivia question will be perfect.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pythia Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the app unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
